Enable more (experimental) features of your In/Out with the Power User screen. Those features are usually incorporated in the next firmware upgrade.
If you experience an issue with your In/Out device, first visit the troubleshooting and On Court Troubleshooting pages. Then fill the support form through the In/Out helpdesk.
