If you flash your In/Out net device, you need to download the flasher version 1.x if you have a blue net device (v1.x) or the flasher version 2.0 if you have green net device (v2.0).
If you experience an issue with your In/Out device, FIRST VISIT THE TROUBLESHOOTING PAGE. Then fill the support form through the In/Out helpdesk.
